The didactic portion of our program consists of daily lectures, case presentations, OMT sessions, and weekly EKG conferences and board reviews. Much emphasis is being placed on providing our residents with all the current tools available to be able to compete in today's managed care environment. The residents are provided access to the Internet, as well as databases that include MEDLINE and the Ovid Core Biomedical Collection. Teleconferencing equipment is available in the Resident Conference Room at Bay Area. These learning tools will enable our residents to experience the medical technology of the future.
